Order Processing Times:

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered dispatched when it’s handed off to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.  During peak times or holidays, our processing time may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery time reflects the transit time after your order has been dispatched. This will depend on factors like your location. Here are the estimated shipping times based on your country:

🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please note: During busy periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. For international shipments, customs delays can also impact delivery time.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details:

It’s essential that you provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in delays or cancellation of your order. If we detect any address issues, our customer support team will reach out via email to verify the details within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us at gglabrio@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery:

We understand that timely delivery is important, and we work hard to ship all orders quickly. However, sometimes delays can occur due to external factors, such as severe weather conditions or disruptions with the courier service. If this happens, we’ll do everything we can to help get your package to you as quickly as possible.

Additionally, delays may occur due to issues like product availability, address verification, or payment processing. If we encounter any problems, we’ll notify you promptly.

Please note that GLABRIO is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will keep you informed and assist you as best as we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We know it’s frustrating when packages go missing. However, once your package is with the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at gglabrio@gmail.com, and we will assist you in any way we can.

We recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen items. Most carriers have claims processes in place, and they may require additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note, GLABRIO is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier. This is outside our refund policy. However, if your package is lost or stolen, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In some cases, the courier may locate the package and deliver it. If not, we recommend filing a police report.

GLABRIO reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It’s your responsibility to review the most current version before making any purchases.
